Strategic Planning Services

It is the mission of strategic planning at the University of Mississippi to support integrated planning at the university, school, and departmental level that leads to the strategic use of data in organizational decision-making.

The Office of Institutional Research, Effectiveness, and Planning is available to assist units with:

  • Strategic planning and program review consultations
  • Meeting and retreat facilitation
  • Best practices research
  • Plan scope and implementation consultations

There is no charge for these services to departments and offices that are part of the university.
